Scholarship applications for 2012 graduating seniors are now available.
High school seniors whose parent(s) are winery or vineyard workers employed by a Monterey County Vintners and Growers Association (MCVGA) member are qualified to apply for the scholarships. Application deadline is April 30, 2012.
Grant funds are generated through the Winery Walk. Scholarship funding amounts will be determined based upon the number of qualified applicants and fund availability. The typical award ranges from $500 – $3500. Students will receive notification of grant awards in May 2012.
Students may study the subject of their choice at any accredited university. Scholarships candidates will be evaluated based upon the following requirements:
