Raptors are a critical part of wine growing. Their mere presence in a vineyard scares away smaller birds that love the taste of ripe wine grapes. Working with raptors is an art in and of itself. Our friends at Green Fields Falconry will bring their 1 1/2-old Eurasian Eagle-owl, Ziggy, and other raptors.
