Cima Collina’s Back to Earth Vertical Tasting

Join Cima Collina on their picturesque outdoor patio located at their Carmel Valley tasting room, with views of the Santa Lucia mountains, for a vertical tasting April 22nd from 12:30 – 4:00pm. You will be greeted with a taste of Estate Pinot Gris, a small lot wine. We will discuss our 3.5 acre estate ranch and vineyard and the sustainable farming practices we use to care for the environment; then we will commence pouring a vertical tasting of 2007, 2008, 2009, and 2010 Hilltop Ranch Estate Pinot Noir. Head outside to lounge on the back deck with a picnic lunch or get cozy at the giant stone fire pit. Don’t forget to browse the boutique curated by Jen Smith herself. Experience the tranquil beauty of expansive views and rolling hills while tasting the handcrafted wines of Scheid Vineyards and learning about their commitment to sustainability in the vineyards and the winery. Two different wine tasting flights will be available every day and boxed lunches are available upon arrival by calling the tasting room ahead of time.

Get strapped into an open-air, all-terrain vehicle and feel the wind against your face as you cruise through Hahn’s estate vineyards for a hands-on educational tour. After learning about the wine making process and Hahn’s commitment to sustainability, you’ll finish with a tasting of Hahn’s luxury wines. ATV tours are offered 10:30am – 12:00pm and 1:30pm – 3:00pm daily. Reservations are required.
