Chef Francisco Castellon of California Market at Pacific’s Edge will be at the helm for an omnivore-friendly four-course meal, and each dish will be paired with one of the many library wines or current releases they’ll be pouring throughout the night. (Vegetarian options available by request) The cocktail hour in the patio begins at 6:00 pm, and we’ll be seated for dinner at 6:45 pm.
