Meet us IN THE VINES …

Join our Charcuterie Board Making Class at the beautiful CRŪ Winery on the Monterey Wine Trail.

Guests will learn the art of curating appealing charcuterie boards while tasting some of the finest CRŪ Santa Lucia Highlands wines. The expert from The Grazing Table will guide you through creating your charcuterie board and selecting the best meats, cheeses, and other accompaniments that perfectly complement the wine. You will learn about the history of charcuterie and how it has evolved over the years.

Then we will dive into the fun part – making your own charcuterie board! You will have access to various meats and cheeses, such as prosciutto, salami, brie, cheddar, and more. Our chef will be there to guide you through the process and offer suggestions on making the perfect board.

As you create your board, you will sample CRŪ wines to find the perfect pairing for your charcuterie selections.

Once you have completed your charcuterie board, we will all sit down and enjoy our creations for lunch while sipping on our wines and enjoying the beautiful scenery. You will have the opportunity to share your charcuterie board creations with the group and discuss the different flavors and textures you have experienced.

At the end of the class, you will have a newfound appreciation for the art of charcuterie making and the perfect wine pairing.
